is ne weile her, seit dem ich das letzte mal krank war. habe mir das immer viel entspannter vorgestellt: auf der couch rum fläzen und "i-feel-good-talk-shows" gucken, tees schlürfen, von den katzen nen crashkurs bekommen: how to really relax! und einfach mal nix tun.
tja, das ist alles halb so schön, wenn dabei die nase läuft wie husein bold, die stirnhöhlen so verstopf sind wie die ausgänge einer u-bahn station in london bei bombenalarm und es dich schüttelt wie knecht ruprecht, wenn bart ihm wieder an die wäsche will.
naja, am sonntag gings dann wieder besser -noch nicht ganz, aber immerhin waren die ohren wieder frei und meine stamina hat mich ne stunde stehen und wippen lassen ;-)
und das habe ich dann gleich zelebriert mit nem kleinen mix.

das letzte mal ist schon sehr lang her.
damals im sportunterricht mussten wir ihn häufiger machen - den strecksprung.
neben der rolle vorwärts und rückwärts ist das die einzige übung, die ich auf der matte konnte.
heute habe ich ihn wieder gemacht und es war toll.
kinderheitserinnerung dank bodenturnen.
schwer zu empfehlen.

weekend in the little big city

am wochenende war streetparade hier in zürich. naja, was soll man über 820 000 bunte vollraver noch erzählen? nix. nachdem ich meine bilder im kasten hatte hab ich das terrain auch gleich verlassen. und da ich auch erst so um 0 uhr mit arbeiten fertig war hatte ich überhaupt keinen bock auf masseneuphorie! also bin ich ins bett, nachdem ich mich selber doch noch ein wenig in stimmung gebracht und mir was gemischt habe. nein! keinen drink und keine farben. tracks natürlich.

aber dann bin ich auch wirklich ins bett. ich hatte nämlich noch etwas vor: um fünf auf und mit andy, vito und yves auf der wiese vom gz-wollishofen soundsystem aufstellen und rocken...
und siehe da, wir haben gerockt! was am anfang noch sehr verhalten war, entwickelte sich zu einem wiesenfest. obwohl es viele menschen waren, haben einige gefehlt...dave, henning u would've had u load of fun! big up! and rhea, where were u my love...
ich warte noch auf die ersten youtube filmchen, hier aber schon mal ein einblick, wie es letztes jahr war: eine kleine studie, wie die musik einfahren kann. -und nur die musik !-)
